PTTD series two-door pass through type quick Industrial tumble dryer

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Equipment is fitted with Touch screen control panel with 8sets of user programmable drying formulas. lt also has theflexibility of manual，auto and intermediate operation controlselection. It can be interfaced with tunnel washer through adistributing conveyor system to provide efficient drying needof the tunnel washer.

Newly developed efficient heating system with 3D uniquedynamic air flow ducting to provide direct hot air access to thefalling goods inside the basket so that exceptional fast dryingcapability can be achieved.

The basket is of 1560mm in diameter which provides bigvolume of space for good spreading of linen inside the basketduring drying process.

65%of the basket is with12mm rectangular perforationswhich allow efficient air flow to facilitate fast drying. (Thebasket will be 60% perforated when the perforations are round.)

Auto unloading feature which effectively reduces humanfatigue. Conveyor can be attached to the dryer to furtherenhance the transportation efficiency.
